Having been with this practice for approximately 35 years I am so sad at what it has now become. Hanging on the telephone for such a long time, almost made to feel like a nuisance by some of the Receptionists, information not passed from hospital to clinic to GP and vice versa. Told to ring at specific times which are then horrifically busy - trying to booking a telephone appointment and being offered ten days away - even for a follow up or asking for feedback to an ongoing matter. Remaining in pain and confused following scans; hospital and clinic were fine but Abbotsbury Practice only reactive and far too slow to feed back. (In short, to start they need more staff on the reception and on the phones).
