Probably the worst person and the most rudest operator. I didn't catch their name, as they said it too fast.
Waiting for almost 24h rs to get a call back, finally got a call back and spoken to by someone who not only didn't understand but refused to listen and spoke all over me. Asked what if that was their mum - they then told me to stop getting personal. I never swore, never commented on them, only asked what if that was their mum.... trying to get them to see where I was coming from.
Threatened to cut me off - even though I wasn't rude, asked to speak to someone else, refused.
Probably the worst, unsympathetic person I have ever spoken to - let's hope they don't experience the same level of bad service they gave to me.
I called back - waiting 1 hr on the phone in a queue of 25, finally spoke to a lovely member of staff, who apologised on their colleague's behalf, and told me everything will be OK.
5 mins later got a call off a doctor, saying that they'd be at the nursing home the next day, as they always make a visit. I could discuss the rude operator with doctor then. Didn't feel as though the doctor had listened to me, as they thought I was my 81-year-old mum's mother - well that would be a miracle - made me laugh, but at the same time, have a feeling that the rude operator had asked the doctor to call me - however, would suggest that the management listen to the call - judge for themselves who was rude and inappropriate and would they have threatened to terminate the call?
