About: North Hampshire Community Therapy Team

(as a service user),

I went to balance class to feel more confident with my walking. I enjoyed the social aspect of meeting other people similar to me. The girls were lovely who ran the class and provided lots of encouragement. I will miss going to this. I hope to start Steady and Strong classes soon.
