After it took them nearly 1 month to register us (me and baby) as my husband is not registered even untill this day(2 months) we call to arrange our baby first immunisation.
They booked our baby first immunisation firstly on 4th December, then they canceled and rebooked on 13th December, then canceled again and finally booked as in for 4th December. Today we went there to find out that the vaccine can not be administered as it’s to early (we asked the receptionist each time if it’s not to early and they ensured us it is fine. They said that they even double checked with the Gp.)
We enformed them that we are planning to leave uk Wednesday 6th December and that we are going to buy tickets and they ensured us one more that everything is all tight.
Today we went there and it is not all right, they don’t have what to do, they do not have any other available dates in the following weeks and of course they will call us but nobody knows when to let us now what to do.
Basically we lost the money, we went there with the baby on raining day and they do not know what to do.
It is unacceptable that they make an appointment so early for a vaccine. How are the receptionists being trained? What are they there for? And why are they lying to us, telling that they double check with GP when is clear they didn’t (Or the GP might be incompetent as well).
Please run from this Surgery, they are non professional and do not care about you.
