"Incredibly compassionate and thorough"

I had a really amazing experience with one of the Lanarkshire urgent care nurses today. Her name was Lindsay. She was incredibly compassionate and thorough in her assessment of my symptoms. She listened to my concerns and address them all. I left the practice with a confirmation of my UTI and having been checked for further complications, sepsis, etc. She was great at making clear what to expect from treatment, what new or worsening symptoms to look out for, and what to do if these crop up!
