I had a spell in hospital in July 2023 and after being sent home, my GP (Dr Moseley) visited me several times and decided I should be put into the care of the Community Matron Nicola.
Since that time, Nicola has visited me at home initially every week and more latterly every two weeks. I have to say, how fortunate it was to be put into Nicola's care. She has been completely professional at all times, always giving me a thorough examination at each visit, whilst being considerate of my personal dignity. She always made time to fully answer any questions I had and giving me absolute confidence and reassurance. Sometimes, during her visits my Son and Daughter-in-law were present and Nicola always invited them to ask any questions they may have.
I would like to thank everyone involved in my care, especially the Community Matron, for having the time, patience and cheerfulness which has enabled me to get back to a more normal life such as is possible in someone my age.
