"I cannot fault them at all in anything"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as the patient),

I came to this ward on a busy Friday afternoon, however, the staff were extremely pleasant and attended to my admission quickly and professionally. The room is lovely and spacious.

Throughout my stay, all staff have been pleasant, cheerful yet carry on their roles in a professional and prompt manner. I cannot fault them at all in anything. This is the type of atmosphere that would be good to be seen in other health service departments.
