I have not had a great experience with the urology services at all. The lack of communication makes daily living so difficult, not having any kind of idea what is going on or how long it will take.
I have been under urology for many many many years and am still not at a solution, being told i need surgeries but these not being available for prolonged periods of time. My quality of life is non existent and I don't feel overly supported by this team.
There are of course exceptions like in every team and every now and then there has been a member of staff who gives me a glimmer of hope. But this is never followed up it seems.
