Had to go to doctors a couple of times in last couple of months but could only see a paramedic and 2nd time a nurse, after being told I would see a doctor. Don't really like going but had a few things I wanted checking. My appointment was rushed and only managed to speak about my main issue before being pointed to the door. Waiting room had only 2 people in, left more worried than what I was before I went. Was given a fit note saying needed physio but no mention on it of seeing a specialist appointment would be made. Just puts you off going, wonder if that's why they do it?

I do apologise that your experience on the day you saw our ANP wasn’t up to our usual high standard. Time permitting, Castlefields Health Centre prides itself on agreeing for patients to discuss more than one issue during their appointment; not all Practices offer this
