"My day operation in Urology"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance) / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was booked in to Urology yesterday for an afternoon operation to remove a large cist from one of my testicles.

Everyone I met from Reception onward was so good. Michelle picked me up from Reception to take me to my day ward.

On the ward I met Maria (also a Healthcare assistant) and Lauren a nurse on the ward. Lauren dealt with all the prerequisite forms and tests like blood pressure. After the Op she bought me tea and toast - so good and attentive.

Nearer the Op time I met Mr Blake and his colleague to discuss the op. Again they were so very good in answering any questions and putting my mind at rest  Before the Op I met John and his lovely female colleague - (Anaesthesia) again so attentive and friendly.

10/10 to West Cornwall Hospital and Urology team
