About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Regional Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

I went to theatre to have a drain removed from my kidney and a procedure on the other kidney.

The nurses and doctors on the Regional Day Procedure were fantastic. Very attentive to my needs and they were helpful in answering any questions. All of the doctors and nurses in the operating theatre were equally great and I couldn't commend them highly enough. The new computer system Encompass, seemed to be causing extra stress for everyone, but they carried on professionally, regardless.

the team are all very grateful for your kind feedback

the new computer system has been causing a little stress on staff but we are managing to become more competent on a daily basis with the system and I am glad that all your care within the department was carried out professionally
