(as the patient),

I have been coming to Radiotherapy for about a month now and have no complaints whatsoever. I find everyone is very pleasant and cannot do enough for you.

Radiotherapists are excellent too and answer any questions I have no problem.

Sam, my review nurse who I see every week, is excellent too - we have good banter!

Only complaint I have is about the cold, but I make sure I am dressed for this.

Dear Jip1, thankyou so much for taking the time to feed back your lovely comments, the staff work hard to ensure the environment for our patients is pleasant and that we answer any questions you have, so it is great to hear that this is what you received. My name is Damian, head of therapeutic radiography, and I will ensure that you comments are passed onto the therapeutic radiographers.

Thankyou so much for highlighting Sam, I will ensure the oncology support team also have your comments.

The departments heating system seems to have hit a bit of a buffer since the change in temperature and we are struggling to kick it back into action. I can assure you that I am following up on this daily and hope a solution can be found as soon as possible, thankyou for your patience and understanding.
