About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

I had to attend the fracture clinic at the Vale of Leven hospital for a broken wrist.

Throughout all my visits the attention of all the staff I had contact with was excellent.

Everything was explained very well & in a very caring way.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment you have received from our staff has been to a high standard and you have felt well cared for on each occasion you have visited us.

I'm glad the staff took the time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have had. This must have been a big relief to you.
