I just wanted to share my really positive experience at MRI in the RVH thanks to a radiographer Naula. I have a rare disease that makes getting certain tests difficult as I have a lot of dressings. Naula went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience, she liased with district nursing and took my anxieties around having the scan seriously. I just want to say a big thank you to Naula for such a positive experience and going above and beyond

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience in MRI in RVH, and in particular for recognising our colleague Nuala for her compassionate approach throughout your scan. I have shared your experience with Nuala and the MRI team, who are very grateful.

Awaiting diagnostic scans and results can be a very anxious time for many patients, and it is important to us to minimise stress where possible. I am glad that you felt our staff- and in particular Nuala, were able to make a difference in your case.
