"So important in assisting my father's rehabilitation"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Elderly Medicine (Wards 51, 52, 54,55, 57, 8a & 2a)

(as a relative),

My father is a patient within ward 56, Queen Elizabth Universiy Hospital, Glasgow.

I have witnessed first hand how caring, compassionate and empathetic Kate the (activites coordinator) is not only towards my father, but to all the patients within ward 56.

Kate lifts my father's spirits every morning by greeting him with a warm smile and words of encouragement.

Kate's role within ward 56, it so important in assisting my father's rehabilitation, by  engaging him in positive activities.

Dear Mount Everest,

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback on Ward 56.

Kate, is our new activity coordinator and is doing a fantastic job ensuring our patients have plenty of activities and supporting their rehabilitation. I will pass on your kind comments.

We wish your dad all the best in his recovery.

Kind Regards

Rebecca Fulton, Lead Nurse
