"Feedback for stroke nurse in community"

About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Community Stroke Services

(as the patient),

After my stroke the Community stroke nurse offered me so much care and support over the past few months. She always had a listening ear, showed empathy, thoughtfulness and kindness. It made a huge difference.

She brings joy and light into the world.( entered on behalf of service user)

Hello Singer68

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback regarding stroke services.

I have shared your incredible feedback with the team who were over the moon to say the least to hear such wonderfully complimentary words.

It is great to know you the staff listened, showed kindness and empathy. I do not know who the particular staff member you were referring to, however they all bring joy and light into this service

wishing you all the very best in your recovery
