"I left the department having had a positive experience"

I recently had reason to attend the Radiology (X-Ray) department at Altnagelvin Hospital. 

I want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to our excellent staff (doctor and support workers) in this department. 

I would like to highlight one staff member in particular - his name is Emmett. Emmett has to be commended for his mannerism, kind consideration and gentle way together with his level of professionalism.

I left the department having had a positive experience and grateful to have this service available to me.  Well done, Radiology department Altnagelvin.
