(as a relative),

Took my elderly dad to dermatology day clinic for a small procedure. We were met with a warm smile, even although we turned up early we were allowed in to settle ourselves. Every interaction by the members of the team was amazing. They delivered excellent customer service, showed the cared and treated us kindness…how refreshing and wonderful to feel valued. What a great team you all are…thanks for everything

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear your dad had such a pleasant experience while attending the Dermatology Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital

It was nice to hear how the staff took the time to make you both feel comfortable prior to his procedure and showed a caring and compassionate nature throughout his stay.

We are extremely proud of the work the team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients and their relatives is very satisfying.

I have passed on your thanks to the team who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot to the staff.
