"My GP visit."

In the light of recent news stories and the negative I feel is aimed at healthcare staff and GP’s in particular I would just like to add a positive side to assure patients that good GP’s still and do exist. 

From ringing to making an appointment to seeing the GP ( Dr McIver ) Finaghy Health Centre I could not have had a better experience. There was a lovely medical student working alongside him. Emma who showed such kindness and empathy as well as being very very professional.

Both of them took time to listen and explain everything in detail and I left the appointment if not exactly cured of my condition at least with hope that something can be done to rule out any serious issues and hopefully find a solution to what’s causing the problem.

Sincere thanks to both and I realise how lucky I am to be patient at this practice.
