"Attending the emergency dental service in Aberdeen"

About: NHS Grampian / GDENS (Grampian Emergency Dental Service)

(as a service user),

I had a dental infection and felt very ill. Staff at the emergency centre were  friendly, reassuring, caring and professional.

After having an x-ray my situation was discussed, medication provided and advice about future treatment was given.

I’m very sorry to hear that your dental infection led to you feeling very ill. This must have been horrible for you.

I hope that things are now starting to improve following the advice and medication given to you.

It’s also nice to hear that you felt that the Emergency Dental Service staff were friendly, reassuring, caring and professional.
