(as the patient),

I had a operation on my shoulder by Orthopaedic surgeon Mr Pulavarti. This took place at Grantham hospital and the after care was at both Lincoln and Louth clinics. 

I cannot praise Mr Pulavarti or his team enough. Everything was explained in great detail and in a way that everyone could understand. Mr Pulavarti makes time for his patients and reassures them. 

Thanks to him and his team I can lead a near normal life
