Had really bad knee pain for two years. Had trouble getting to the root of the problem due to other injuries,  making me reluctant to ask again for help.

Eventually went to see Adam,  so glad I did!  Hopefully have a solution to get me on track to full recovery and ability to get around pain free.

Thanks, appreciate it very much. Took time to listen to me even though I went on a bit.

I am sorry to hear that you have suffered with a painful knee for 2 years now and that you had trouble getting to the root of the problem. It is heartening to hear that Adam, your Physiotherapist, has taken the time to listen and has been able to provide you with such person centred care. I really do hope that his potential solution will get you on track to full recovery and the ability to get around pain free again.
