"Forth Valley A&E"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

My mum got referred from the doctors to get to A&E due to severe upper stomach pain . So took her over and the staff at Forth valley as always and never had an issue with was outstanding. My mum got took prompt and once through in bed bay of course was a bit of a wait which is expected due to being so busy and during this time everyone was outstanding and took great care of my mum.

When the Dr Rana came to see my mum when her blood results came back she was absolutely outstanding which made me write this review her time , care and compassion was amazing. She did not rush and explained everything in detail. Keep up the good work all even though you are all rushed off your feet

Dear Worrier1990

Thank you very much for taking the time to share you and your Mum's experience of attending the Emergency Department.

I am sorry to hear your Mum was unwell, I sincerely hope she has recovered now.

I am very pleased to hear you were both pleased with the care received. Positive feedback such as this is always very gratefully received, as staff are working extremely hard, under very challenging circumstances outwith their control.

I will ensure this is shared with the ED team.

Thank you again and take care
