I attended the anxiety and depression course at woodlands hoping to try to understand why I feel the way I feel everyday with a struggle.
Started the course and the first thing I heard was if you've always did what you've always done you will always get what you've always got, that got my attention. It was the precursor to understanding that if you don't try something different to get out the bubble of pain, you will always be stuck in it!
From there on in was a whole new journey of recovery about believing in yourself again and most important the science behind it all getting back to why do I feel the way I feel.
Many thanks to 3 angels, Joanne, Zuzan and Jamie with her science who ran the course and provided the best support ever through it.
