Great staff when i go there for appointments very helpful in trying to find answers to any queries I may have had but over the last few months I have had increasing issues with manual dexterity and painful hands making it hard for me to open the battery doors on my Cros aids and put batteries in and take them out I’m forever losing batteries to the point where is now getting embrassing. There are days where i can’t even wear my hearing aids due to pain in my wrist’s and fingers. I have told them this and asked if there are other options but all they say is that they will find out and then come back and say there aren’t any other options. I really need rechargeable cros hearing aids but can’t afford to go private to get them where is the duty of care? why are they so slow to update there range. Would they leave an elderly person in the same position as me without a rechargeable option.
