Staff very pleasant and helpful. Took time to engage with mum. Patience was great when things not straightforward. Took time to get to satisfactory conclusion. Great service. Team brilliant. Need more of them. Thank you

As a nurse I feel that patience's is a big part of our roll. I am so glad that the team took time and patience to listen to you and explain plans of treatment that may have confused you.
When you are acutely ill it can take time and different treatments to achieve the outcome required.
I will pass on to the team how happy and satisfied you were with your treatment.
