The service is awful it’s almost impossible to get an appointment always told to book through the hub and there is nothing for if you have symptoms. When you can get an appointment they often cancel without rescheduling and tell you to rebook when there is no appointments available. It turns out last time I managed to get appointment I did have an STI that had turned into Pelvic inflammatory disease but again couldn’t be seen to get treatment I had to go down there and basically demand to be seen. This is disgusting no one should have to do this just to get treatment.
