I went for a sexual health check up at the walk in clinic and the staff were so lovely throughout. They put me at ease instantly and I really felt listened to and they covered everything that I wanted and more.

I felt like the staff really cared and wanted to make the experience the best it could be, even in a potentially embarrassing environment. So thanks again to the team.
