"Amazing care "

I was booked in to remove my very large prostate with cancer .

Elective admissions lounge my first Department, the staff were courteous and understood my nerves , took time to explain what was going to happen while I was there . They made sure all was ok as we went down to meet the theatre staff who very calm and again explained what was going to happen !!

after the operation I was woken up in the recovery area , where their care was second to none , amazing staff always making sure that you was comfortable and that you was not in to much pain .

Once a bed was found I was taken to the princess Anne ward , was there over night till the following afternoon again the staff were amazing. The morning brought a change of staff , I was allowed out of bed then they made sure that I could get my balance for quite a while before letting have a little wonder around the ward ! I was released that afternoon after loads of checks and I was ok with the prescribing drugs I was given.

Could not thank all the staff that cared for during my stay from start to finish amazing !!!
