About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care

(as a service user),

I had the most amazing birth experience at the AMU at Wishaw. I was able to deliver my baby on only gas & air using the pool and support of the amazing midwives.

Lesley & Gillian were absolutely amazing throughout my delivery and recovery. I felt so incredibly supported and empowered throughout, will never be able to thank them both enough! 

The support myself and my baby received were second to none and I’d highly recommend the AMU to any pregnant women.

Hi Leah

I would be happy for you to share my comments on social media etc.

I have not stopped singing the praises and will absolutely be recommending the AMU to friends in the future!
