"Attention to detail and high quality care"

I recently underwent successful total knee joint replacement surgery in a local hospital and was discharged 2 days later and told to report to my doctor or local health center to get a wound check and dressing change carried out regularly .

Thankfully I have the Larkhall health clinic to rely upon ,they are an absolute god send and a vital part of the local health care provision for our area 

I cannot thank them enough for their patience /professionalism and extremely high standards of quality and care they make the impossible possible. It’s not always easy to make or find your way to the main hospitals in the local  area especially if you have an injury or ailment that renders you immobile or makes travelling very challenging. That’s when these medical centres come into their own they ease the burden and strain being placed on the local hospitals and take some of the pressure of the local GP practices they essentially provide a very important and vital mid level service between the Doctors surgeries and the hospitals that is often overlooked .

I am particularly reliant on the Larkhall clinics services because I need to attend the clinic for my Nebido testosterone injection every two months due to a pituitary disorder, the staff are always warm and welcoming friendly and very caring but always busy .

I just feel that these clinics deserve to be recognised for the essential role that they play in our health care system and in particular for continuing to deliver a first class service throughout very difficult and challenging times .

I would like to praise two particular individuals for the dedication and professionalism that they consistently deliver in their daily roles and the exemplary patient care that I continue to receive at Larkhall health centre, I cannot thank Angela and Jaqueline enough .

Everybody takes good quality of service delivery and patient care for granted and too many people are quick to voice their opinions  and complain when something goes wrong but never take the time to acknowledge and thank their care givers for the quality service that they provide day in and day out .
