"good experience"

I had an appointment with the x-ray department this morning. i thought it was my hand being done . Unfortunately I should have read the letter I had been sent and would have seen it was down as wrist.

I spoke to the radiographer who was very professional and caring she had a look at my hand and spoke to another staff member,who agreed that they should do my hand and not just wrist.I was really grateful for this as it would have meant another journey and another wait.
