"Blood tests"

I attended the Phlebotomy Clinic at Musgrave Park Hospital for blood tests. Iwona was the nurse assigned to me. She was welcoming and very pleasant. She made me feel at ease and relaxed. She explained what she was doing and the tests that were requested by my consultant. The whole process was very efficient and fast. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you Iwona.

The gentleman at the reception desk was welcoming, pleasant and well mannered. He was efficient and courteous.

The lady who rang me up regarding the appointment time and date was also very pleasant with clear speech and diction.

Everything about it was great.
