Required solution to difficulties with transfers for both family and carers.

Mum’s abilities variable and unpredictable.

I was very relieved when helpful equipment was recommended and supplied.

Staff were / are kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient and supportive.

Variations to equipment managed well as required.
