"A patient focused team"

I had a short stay for investigation following a GP appointment.

I witnessed care delivery that was exemplary. The contact I had was a newly qualified nurse and a very experienced nurse. I was enthused by both and they complemented my care. I think their ability to deliver personalised care was enhanced by a smaller patient group in CCU

They both had satisfaction nursing people as they should having time to connect and carry out their duties.

I was also impressed with the medical staff informing me of the outcomes of my investigations

My experience was of a patient focused team. It saddens me of the decline in the NHS and the public’s perception of the health care crisis.

I was myself a nurse and worked in times where resources were richer. I think the essence of my feedback is specialist services deliver quality care.
