"The care that my Gran received was outstanding"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5)

(as a relative),

As a family we lost our beloved Mother, Gran and Great Gran in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Glasgow in Aru1. The care and compassion that my Gran and her family received was outstanding by all in the ward especially nurse Emma.

We would like to thank this ward and all the staff for making Grans last day so comfortable and filled with care and love. As a ward they should be very proud of the care they provide to all who attended the ward.

Dear Mrs McG

I'm very sorry for the loss of your gran. This must be an extremely difficult time for all the family so thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, I know this must have been hard to write.

I was glad to hear the care and treatment your gran received from our staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for in her final days. This must have been a huge comfort to you all.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be as touched as I was to read your nice comments.

Kind regards

Kevin
