I visited general surgery yesterday, as a day patient, for an op under general.

From my arrival, I was dealt with promptly, on time throughout, and in a friendly and informative manner by every member of staff I came across.

I was constantly kept updated on what was happening and treat with the utmost respect and dignity at all stages.

I cannot thank enough each of the individuals who put me at ease throughout the day, and especially the surgeon, who was a pleasure to speak to, before and afterwards, and who (in my totally uneducated opinion) seems to have done a fabulous job.
