"I found the overall experience positive"

I was admitted into the Major Trauma Ward after I fell in my house down stairs. 

I found the staff in the ward very helpful with a happy team spirit. My injuries were very painful and I feel managed to the best of the teams ability. I feel I was listened to by the nursing staff when I expressed any concerns however the medical team could have at times took their time and explained things better to me. 

I found the overall experience positive and the team encouraging helping me back on my feet!
