About: Raigmore Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I had a CT scan yesterday morning.  It took quite a long time and was a bit uncomfortable at times.  I was treated by Careen,  Paul and a lady whose name I forget.  All 3 were exceptionally kind and caring and very efficient.  They made me feel I mattered and I didn't feel embarrassed or nervous.

Dear Scotgran,

Very many thanks for taking the time to share your recent experience within our CT department. I'm sorry to hear this was uncomfortable for you. Our staff try their best to try and make our patients feel as reassured as they can during scans, I'm very pleased to see you felt they were kind, caring and efficient.
