My mum broke her wrist and after several hours at minor injuries in gravesend was sent to MFT to have the fracture manipulated. After being sent from ED to SDEC back to ED we ended up in SAU. Lauren was an absolute credit to the hospital. So kind and caring and when she delivered the news we needed to go back to ED she took us there herself and made sure the ED team didn't bypass my Mum.
Sadly orthopaedics couldn't do anything that night, and she had to go back the following day but Lauren made what could have been a frustrating 3 hours much more enjoyable. Well done and thank you Lauren!
