"Massage Sessions"

These 6 massage sessions have been extremely valuable to me. My husband was diagnosed with a very weird and aggressive cancer at the start of the year with all that that entails.

My name came up on the Fern Centre referrals just as he had finished his chemotherapy. This allowed me to take time for myself to speak to Fern Centre staff as impartial third parties and deal with stress/tension which I usually hold in my neck/shoulders. The massage sessions were very effective in relieving the physical stress symptoms/indicators. As the sessions progressed my husbands diagnosis and limited treatment options also progressed. It may be that I'll need to seek a future referral in due course, but I am aware that the waiting list is long and others may have a more significant need than mine.

I would definitely recommend the Fern Centre and their staff/volunteers.
