About: Day Services / Overmills

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am thoroughly supported with all my needs while at Overmills Day Care. The staff are excellent and always treat me with dignity and respect – each and every one of them.

There is a good selection of activities on offer for me to choose from each week. I enjoy mentally stimulating activities such as quizzes and reminiscence. I like listening to other people’s life stories and I also enjoy a game of dominoes.

The transport to and from the centre is excellent. I have no complaints; both the driver and escort are excellent.

The building is warm, comfortable and clean. I like that it is all on one level and I do not have to negotiate stairs as I can fatigue easily as a result of my COPD.

The meals are really good. There is a good choice of food I like.

I thoroughly enjoy attending Overmills each week.
