"The Care and Support is Excellent"

The care and support at Overmills Day Care is excellent. Staff always have a higher chair ready for me both in the dining and activity rooms. I am so grateful for their attention to detail. All the staff treat me with respect and compassion. I love how everyone remembers my name; I could not ask for any better.

The quality and variety of the activity program is excellent. I enjoy giving speeches and having group discussions. I find the reminiscence and life story sharing groups very interesting to me as I enjoy listening to other people’s experiences as well as sharing my own. I also thoroughly enjoy watching historical documentaries as they are educational and evoke stimulating conversation within the group.

The transport service is excellent; the driver and escort are very attentive.

The lunch menu at Overmills is delicious; I could not ask for better.

The building itself is wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The toilet facilities are excellent with plenty of room for mobility aids.

The service is well led and has more than met my expectations. I thoroughly enjoy the company and how everything is organised. I look forward to coming every week.
