I'm sorry you have had a negative experience at the practice. Please note we have appointments available each day, we ask patients to ring any morning at 8.30am for our open clinic. We also have pre bookable appointments available. In fact we have some pre bookable appointments free for later this week still. We also have our website "Ask a Doctor" which is responded to daily. If you let me know when you rang I will listen to the telephone conversation so I can check how you were dealt with and what you were offered with regards to appointments, this will prompt further receptionist education.
