(as the patient),

I had an accident in P.E at school and had my hip bone broken and dislocated. I needed surgery. I was in hospital for 8 days. For the first two days my leg was very sore and I couldn't move it at all. After it got a lot better with some practice from physio and I got the hang of using crutches and the other walking aids.

Sorry to hear about your accident in P.E. Albert2010, its great to hear that the pain in your leg settled quickly after your operation and you managed to start to move around well with your crutches with the physio's helping.

I hope you are still getting around well and your leg is continuing to feel better now that you are home!
