It's coming up to me having my daughter back for two years, and I would just like to thank you Abbie for all your help from the minute we met to the moment we stopped working together.

I've been in a much better place recently and apart from the foster parents you were also someone that really helped me in being a mum and getting my daughter back.

I just wanted to thank you so much and wish you the best because I am forever grateful and I know at times I might have been hard to work with but I really appreciate all the help you gave me so thank you from me and my daughter. I just wanted to thank you for your help.

To be a family nurse, to work so closely with our young people and their babies, families like yourselves, is an incredibly rewarding job. We could not have achieved the wonderful things you have highlighted without your determination and commitment to our programme. You engaged so positively and enthusiastically with the learning and in your relationship with your family nurse because of your motivation to be the best Mum you can be so thank You so much
