I had a knee replacement and was on the orthopaedic ward. Everyone is very respectful, kind, caring and gave me so much support after surgery.
I was in a lot of pain and the staff supported me, ensured my pain relief was given on time, and made me very comfortable wherever I was sitting.
I would like to give a very special thanks to student nurse Megan, a second year student, and SN Hunter. Megan was fantastic with me and whatever I needed, it was never too much for her. She always has a smile on her face and checked on me regularly. SN Hunter was working on my hardest days after surgery and kept me very much informed of everything that was happening.
Thank you so much to all the nursing staff, HCAs, Domestics, physio, OT and the doctors. You are all wonderful and very respectful towards patients and colleagues
