"The care I have received has been outstanding"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Stroke Unit (Level 4)

(as the patient),

I am heading home after spending time in Stroke & Rehab in Daisy Hill Hospital.

The care I have received has been outstanding, from Doctors, Nurses and Physiotherapists.

I am feeling a little anxious about my return home as I live on my own.  I have family close by, but I have felt safe and well cared for on this ward should I take another stroke.

Thank you to all the medical staff for taking looking after me.
