"My experience was first class"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as the patient),

Attended the imaging department for an MRI scan. 

Being a health care worker I felt out my comfort zone being a patient for the day.  

Can only say my experience was first class.  The 2 radiographers were so nice making me feel relaxed and looked after me from start to finish. Well done to the girls, please pass on my feedback.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for throughout your stay.

It was also very encouraging to hear how the staff took the time to explain the process and make you feel welcomed. This must have been a massive relief to you.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience while under their care.
