(as the patient),

I just wanted to thank everyone who was involved with me in the rapid assessment clinic at Ayr Hospital. A special mention to Eleanor in the radiography and Dianne theatre nurse. I am also so grateful to the consultant for all his attention and very quick results phoned to me yesterday .

I was treated with great compassion and hope that all the nurses realise that I very much appreciated all the kindness and care shown. A big thank you for all the cups of coffee which were given that helped  me through the visit.

I am sure this must have been an anxious time for you, and I am delighted to hear that you received such prompt, professional and compassionate care, from our staff.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Department and with Eleanor and Dianne in particular.
